 For the Coleslaw:

- 2 cups shredded cabbage

- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 Preparing the Cheeseburger:

1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.

2. Shape the meat into 4 equal-sized patties.

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

4. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt.

5. Slice the hamburger buns and toast them slightly in the skillet.

6. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles on the bottom bun. Add the beef patty with melted cheese and top with ketchup and mayonnaise if desired.

Preparing the Fries:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot over medium-high heat.

3. Fry the potato slices in the hot oil until they are golden and crispy.

4. Transfer the fries to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil, then sprinkle with salt.

Preparing the Coleslaw:

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage and carrots, and stir well to combine.

4. Chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
